Synopsis
Eishin Kuga, a street tough nicknamed Mad Dog for his temper, beats down his own underlings while yakuza fixer Yashiro looks on, already planning to recruit him. Kuga wants nothing to do with the yakuza, but a chance meeting with underground physician Kanji Kageyama, who takes him in when Yashiro's approach backfires, starts to change his mind. Adapted from a Kou Yoneda short story bundled with the Twittering Birds Never Fly manga, this OVA is a prequel to that series rather than a new chapter of it.
