ブラック・ジャック おばあちゃん
ブラック・ジャック おばあちゃん
An elderly woman keeps asking her daughter-in-law for pocket money, and the constant demands wear a household already thin on patience down into open quarrelling. Then Black Jack uncovers the reason behind them: decades of quiet sacrifice to keep her son alive when he was a child. What the family read as greed turns out to be the last visible trace of a love they had stopped noticing. The short was made for the 300-Inch Theater at Kyoto's Tezuka Osamu World rather than for broadcast.
