Synopsis
Middle-schooler Hiroshi Tamiya founded the Hikari Club to build Litchi, a robot meant to judge beauty and abduct girls for the club's secret empire, but new leader Hiroyuki 'Zera' Tsunekawa has since taken the group to increasingly absurd extremes. As Litchi grows more self-aware and the nine club members chase ever more ridiculous schemes, Tamiya tries to wrestle control of the club back from Zera. This TV anime plays the premise for comedy, in contrast to the psychological horror of the original manga.
