Massage therapist Naoe Tomoatsu's newest client has emerald eyes, pointed ears, and every mark of a forest-raised elf except one: she's gained serious weight since discovering junk food in the human world, and she can't find her way home. As Naoe puts Erufuda on a diet she keeps sabotaging with fries and snacks, word spreads, and other otherworldly women with the same problem start showing up at his clinic.
