A group of students preparing for their school's culture festival perform "Sachiko Ever After," a charm meant to bind their friendship forever. Instead, an earthquake tears through the building and drops them into a parallel version of their school stuck in 1927: the corpse-strewn ruin of Heavenly Host Elementary, still holding the remains of its past victims. Yoshiki Kishinuma, Ayumi Shinozaki, Satoshi Mochida, and Naomi Nakashima must find a way out before they become the school's newest casualties. This manga adapts the original 1996 Corpse Party game.
