After his earlier trip to see his late grandmother again, Nobita Nobi wants to show her the woman he'll eventually marry, so he and Doraemon travel forward to his own wedding day only to find the groom missing. Tracking down an adult Nobita who has lost his nerve, the pair works to get him back on track and reunite him with fiancee Shizuka Minamoto before the ceremony falls apart. Inspired by the earlier shorts "A Grandmother's Recollections" and "The Day When I Was Born," this sequel returns to 3D CG animation.
