Niito Nemuko, nicknamed Neeko, is 23 and still hasn't landed a job, so she starts filming herself as a virtual idol to make sense of her stalled life. Made to celebrate the first collected volume of the web manga Neeko wa Tsurai yo, these three-minute shorts follow Neeko's job-hunting failures and daily frustrations in the vlog format of a struggling VTuber. The tone stays comic and self-deprecating rather than dramatic, treating her NEET status as the running joke of each short episode.
