Nozomi Yumehara and her fellow Pretty Cures get their powers back when Flora, guardian of the legendary Cure Rose Garden, calls on them for a new mission: reaching the Garden itself with the Rose Pact, which means finding and freeing the rulers of four kingdoms neighboring Palmier. Against them stands Eternal, an organization that hoards magical treasures from across worlds and wants the Pact for itself. A mysterious sixth fighter, Milky Rose, joins the team as the search widens. This direct continuation follows the same five heroines from the first Yes! Pretty Cure 5 into a larger fight.
