Synopsis
Manatsu Natsuumi, an upbeat first-year student, has just moved from her home island to the city of Aozora when she befriends Laura, a mermaid who has come ashore alone. Laura is searching for the legendary Pretty Cure after the Witch of Delays attacked the Mermaid Kingdom in Grand Ocean and drained its people's motivation. Manatsu's decision to help a stranger transforms her into Cure Summer, and Laura moves in with her to help find more warriors as the two grow close despite Laura's initial wariness.
