Kakeru Sorano has stopped expecting much from university life in Tokyo until an April night when he meets Koharu Fuyutsuki, a blind classmate whose ease with people and appetite for new things catch him off guard. Koharu is chasing a specific goal, launching her own fireworks display, and her refusal to let her blindness slow that plan unsettles the careful distance Kakeru keeps from everything.
