Alec, third prince of Rudbeckia, rides for the Kingdom of Amaryllis to lift a sleeping curse a witch laid on it more than thirty years ago. The procedure looked simple: kill the dragon at the castle, climb the tower, kiss the sleeping princess. Then he finds seven princesses in the chamber instead of one, and kissing all of them still leaves the rest of Amaryllis asleep.
