Rihito Otsuka is twenty-three, works at a game company, and is the steady sort nobody worries about. Noa Saotome is twenty-seven, an art director at the same company, with a polished career-woman image and a side she keeps strictly hidden. Rihito walks in on that side by accident, and the two settle into an after-hours arrangement they both insist on calling friendship. Neither of them is willing to give it another name, and neither seems ready to find out what happens if they do.
