デビルマン メモリアル

Akira Fudo is taken over by the demon Devilman in the 1972 television series, and this hour-long compilation cuts that run down to its through-line. Ryo Asuka's revelation that demons are waking to reclaim the world, Akira's possession and the human heart that survives it, and his fight against the demon tribe on behalf of Miki Makimura and everyone else are the beats it keeps. Nothing here is newly animated; the whole piece is assembled from the original episodes.
