Akari Yoshiyama sets out to carry a message for her mother Kazuko, who leapt through time as a schoolgirl and never managed to say what she meant to say. Aiming for 1972, Akari lands in 1974 instead and has to work out who she can safely approach in a decade that is not hers. Minoru Hashiguchi drew this manga from Yasutaka Tsutsui's characters as a companion to the 2010 live action film, not as a retelling of the original novel.
