Synopsis
Issei Hyoudou heads to Kyoto with his classmates for a school trip while Rias Gremory prepares her peerage for an upcoming Rating Game against Sairaorg Bael. In Kyoto, the hero faction of the Khaos Brigade targets the city's youkai leaders, dragging Issei and the Gremory peerage into a fight to rescue the nine-tailed fox Yasaka.
