Kaito Kid's debut and his first clash with Conan Edogawa are cut together here out of television episodes, with new animation folded into the confrontation that episode 76 originally staged and key frames redrawn to the current character designs. The compilation traces the birth of the magician under the moon and the point where the thief and the shrunken detective first crossed. Released in January 2024, it re-edits existing material for viewers catching up on the rivalry rather than staging a new heist.
