Zhuge Kongming, the strategist who died in 234 asking to be reborn somewhere peaceful, wakes at a Halloween party in Shibuya still in full Three Kingdoms dress and attaches himself to Eiko Tsukimi, a singer working the floor at the BB Lounge. He runs her career the way he once ran campaigns. This compilation cuts the television series down to the road toward the Summer Sonia festival and adds new footage to several of Eiko's performances.
