Haruka Takayama and Yuu Sonoda seal their friendship with kisses after a new seating plan splits them across the classroom at Misato West High School. Sixteen shorts by guest artists take that premise in their own directions, and the book opens with Chocolate Trick, a bonus chapter by Tachi, who draws the original manga. Classmates Kotone Noda, Yuzu Iizuka, Shizuku Minami and Kaede Ikeno pass through the collection, but no short carries the main story forward.
