Before Glenn Litbeit opened the clinic in Lindworm, he was a medical student training at the academy lab run by his upperclassmen Sapphee and Lime. Six chapters follow those trainee years and the patients who came with them: dog-headed girls, a hypersensitive marionette, a silkworm woman with her own ideas about the consultation. This light novel is a prequel to Monster Musume no Oisha-san rather than a continuation, and Sapphee is already at his side.
