Before the Takanashi sisters moved in, Yuuta Segawa was a new student at Tama University looking for a club. The one that took him was the Street Observation Research Society, whose members wander the city cataloguing whatever the streets put in front of them. Raika Oda, the society's only female member, and his friend Kouichi Nimura fill out the roster. This spin-off manga stays on campus and treats the household that defines the main series as something still ahead of him.
