Fam pilots the vanship Vespa through open skies with her navigator Giselle at her side, the two of them working as sky pirates who capture battleships rather than sink them. When the Ades Federation burns the Turan Kingdom to the ground, the princess Millia ends up in Fam's hands and the pair take on the job of putting her country back together. This manga runs the Ginyoku no Fam story in parallel with the anime, set in the Last Exile world after humanity's return to Earth.
