Anavel Gato, the Zeon pilot remembered as the Nightmare of Solomon, steals Gundam Unit 02 from the Earth Federation Forces years after the One Year War ended, with the Principality's return as the point of it. Kou Uraki climbs into Unit 01 in the middle of that fight to stop him. This long-running manga retells the 0083 story and then carries it past where the original stopped, on its own terms.
