Miyuki Shiba watches her classmate Kitayama Shizuku leave on an exchange program while Angelina Kudou Shields, called Lina, arrives at First High from the USNA on the same arrangement. Around the time Lina lands, magicians in the area start turning up drained of blood by something the reports call the Vampire. This manga carries The Honor Student at Magic High School into the Visitor Arc, picking up four months after the previous stretch and keeping Miyuki's point of view.
