Toriko hunts ingredients for a living in a world that prices food by how hard it is to take, and a nervous chef named Komatsu hires him to bring back a Garara Gator for a festival menu. This 27-minute special screened on the Jump Super Anime Tour before the television series existed, and it is the first animated version of that partnership and of the course menu Toriko is trying to assemble.
