Sinbad, a boy from a poor village in the Parthevia Empire, watches his father Badr die in a pointless border war and resolves to change the world. Guided by the wandering Magi Yunan, he enters the Dungeon Baal—a labyrinth that has killed every challenger from both Parthevia and the Reim Empire—and races its lone other survivor, the young Parthevian officer Drakon, to reach the treasury. Conquering Baal makes Sinbad the first Dungeon Capturer in history and sets him on the path toward kingship. This TV series is a prequel to Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic.
