シノハユ the dawn of age

Shino Shiratsuki plays mahjong because her mother taught her to, and because the 1-sou tile keeps coming to her hand when she needs it. Ten years before the Inter-High that Saki Miyanaga's generation will contest, Shino is a grade-schooler working through local clubs and tournaments alongside Hayari Mizuhara and other girls who will turn professional. This prequel manga follows that childhood circuit and Shino's search for the mother who disappeared.
