A white light and a black light drop out of the sky over Kasukabe in the summer of 2023. The white one hits Shinnosuke Nohara while he is waiting on dinner, leaving him with powers that only fire when he concentrates through his backside. The black light lands on Mitsuru Hiriya, who comes out of it meaning to end the world. This is the thirty-first Crayon Shin-chan film and the first the series made in 3DCG.
