Five early Yoichi Takahashi one-shots fill this single volume, led by the title story about a ski jumper chasing the hundred-metre mark. Subaru turns to boxing, Hatsukoi Doushi to kendo, and Todoroki Genta Ippon Shoubu to judo, each built around one athlete and one decisive contest. The volume closes with the Captain Tsubasa pilot, the soccer one-shot Takahashi drew before the serialized version made Tsubasa Ozora a fixture of sports manga.
