Aoi Yukimura still flinches at heights, and Hinata Kuraue still coaxes her onto the next trail. This third season sends the pair up mountains in autumn colour and brings local schoolgirls they meet on the slopes into the group, alongside Kokona Aoba and Kaede Saitou. The short-form episode length carries over from the previous seasons, and each trip stays built around choosing a route and getting up it.
