Synopsis
Shinji Ikari wakes inside Eva-01 fourteen years after triggering Near Third Impact to find the world remade. His former allies now serve Wille, a paramilitary fleet under Misato Katsuragi that opposes NERV, and they fit him with an explosive collar to prevent him from piloting again. When a Rei lookalike retrieves him for NERV, Shinji meets Kaworu Nagisa, who offers answers and a chance to undo the destruction he caused. Third film in the Rebuild of Evangelion tetralogy.
