Koro-sensei is the Demon King in this version, and the students of class 3-E are the party sent to kill him, which is roughly the arrangement they already had. Nagisa Shiota and his classmates study swordsmanship and sorcery at Kunugigaoka Magic School instead of sitting in lessons, and each assassination attempt becomes a quest. These twelve shorts spin off from Assassination Classroom and follow on from the theatrical short, so they play the cast's roles for laughs rather than adding to the main story.
