A year has passed since genius hacker Fujimaru Takagi, known as Falcon, dropped out of sight after the last terror campaign cost him someone he loved. THIRD-i, the intelligence unit he once worked with, is called in to guard a summit of twelve national leaders in Tokyo, where his old friend Otoya Kujou and his sister Haruka are among the guests at the reception. Masked terrorists seize the venue, and when Fujimaru finally reappears, he does so as a terrorist himself. This is the final part of the Bloody Monday manga.
