闇芝居 十六期

The kamishibai man returns to his paper-theater frame for a sixteenth season, and this time every urban legend he tells turns on musubi, the knots and bonds that tie things together. Each short runs a few minutes and closes on its own, opening with an episode titled Final Episode and passing through a peaceful village, a password, a cursed knot, a sleeper train and a figure called Musubime-sama. The panels still slide across the screen in the Showa-era paper-theater style the series has used since its first season.
