Takagi and Nishikata return for another summer of one-sided teasing in their middle school classroom. Takagi keeps outmaneuvering Nishikata, whose counterattacks collapse before they land. Their classmates Mina, Yukari, and Sanae provide a comic counterpoint with their own everyday misadventures. This second season picks up where the first left off, adding new summer-break episodes and festival outings to the mix.
