Synopsis
Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates sail to Delta Island for the Pirate Festival, a gathering hosted by the showman Buena Festa where crews race to claim a relic once owned by Gold Roger. The hunt is a trap set for Douglas Bullet, a former Roger Pirate who broke out of Impel Down and means to crown himself the strongest by destroying every pirate drawn to the island.
