Synopsis
Twelve-year-old Ryoma Echizen returns from America and enrolls at Seishun Academy, whose middle-school tennis team, Seigaku, is among the strongest in Japan. A prodigy raised to chase his father's shadow, Ryoma earns a spot on the starting lineup as a first-year, winning over older teammates who first resent his age. Alongside captain Kunimitsu Tezuka and the rest of Seigaku, he sets his sights on the National Middle School Tennis Championship.
