Synopsis
Months after the Yokohama Minimum Holder riots, Nice and his partner Murasaki are back taking odd cases out of their cafe-booth detective agency Hamatora, in a world where rare people called Minimum Holders wield innate superpowers. A new client and a stalker case introduce Hikaru, a light-speed Holder, while a Minimum Holder movement called Freemum gathers in Yokohama and presses the government for a district of their own. This is the second season of the Hamatora anime.
