Synopsis
While Goku is away, the demon Garlic Jr. ambushes Chi-Chi and the Ox-King to seize the four-star Dragon Ball pinned to young Gohan's hat. Sensing a hidden power in the boy, Garlic Jr. takes him captive and gathers the rest of the Dragon Balls to wish himself immortal. Goku sets out to rescue his son and is forced into an uneasy alliance with his old rival Piccolo to confront the now-unkillable demon. This first Dragon Ball Z film runs as a short feature set early in the series.
