Light-novel author Masamune Izumi shares a house with his shut-in stepsister Sagiri Izumi, who rarely leaves her room — and who, he discovers, is secretly the elusive illustrator known as Eromanga-sensei drawing covers for his books. These two supplementary OVA episodes sit alongside the TV series rather than continuing its plot: one follows rival author Elf Yamada celebrating an anime deal, the other has Sagiri stepping out of her room to nurse a sick Masamune.
