三ツ星カラーズ

Three grade-schoolers, Yui, Sat-chan, and Kotoha, run a self-appointed vigilante club called the Colors out of a wooden hut in a park in Tokyo's Ueno district. Sat-chan leads the charge, Kotoha supplies the schemes, and Yui rounds out the trio as they hand out 'missions' and chase pretend cases around the neighborhood. More often than not, their crusade to keep the peace is what disrupts it.
