Synopsis
Masaru Kato dies in a subway attack and wakes in a bare room beside a black sphere called Gantz, which forces the dead to hunt monsters across the city. Sent to Osaka with a team led by Reika, he meets local fighter Anzu Yamasaki and insists on protecting civilians even when his teammates warn it will get him killed. This feature film is a fully CG retelling of the manga's Osaka arc rather than a continuation of the earlier TV anime.
