彼女と彼女の猫

Chobi, a male cat taken in by a young woman who lives alone in a small apartment, narrates his life beside her. Across the seasons he watches her leave and come back, waits by the window, and describes her in the plain, adoring terms a cat would use, registering a loneliness he cannot name. Makoto Shinkai drew, directed and voiced this five-minute monochrome short almost single-handedly.
