Synopsis
Ohana Matsumae has settled into the daily rhythm of the Kissuiso inn when her classmate Yuina Wakura arrives to train under her in the days before the Bonbori Festival. Sorting old archives at the inn, Ohana finds logbooks written by her mother, Satsuki, at sixteen, and the film cuts between Ohana's present-day work and Satsuki's younger years at Kissuiso under owner Sui. This feature continues the Hanasaku Iroha story rather than retelling it.
