Synopsis
Jesus and Buddha take a holiday from the heavens by renting a cramped apartment together in Tachikawa, on the outskirts of Tokyo, and trying to pass as ordinary roommates. Buddha pinches every yen and clips coupons while Jesus splurges and gets carried away online, and the two keep accidentally working small miracles that draw their neighbors' suspicion. These short episodes follow the pair through everyday errands and outings as they puzzle over modern Japanese life.
