Synopsis
Kamui Shirou returns to Tokyo after six years away, drawn back by a destiny that names him the one who will decide humanity's fate at the close of 1999. Two factions form around him: the Dragons of Heaven, who maintain the spiritual barriers that hold the city together, and the Dragons of Earth, who mean to tear them down so the planet can shed humankind.
