Synopsis
Five mostly idle members of the Earth Defense Club at Binan High School are recruited by a pink, talking wombat-like alien who grants them Loveracelets and the power to transform into the Battle Lovers, magical warriors who fight with the power of love. Their opponents are the school's own student council, turned into the Earth Conquest Club by a green hedgehog-like alien named Zundar. This magical-boy comedy openly parodies the conventions of the magical-girl genre between bathhouse trips and monster-of-the-week fights.
