After the Shibuya Incident leaves Tokyo in ruins and Satoru Gojo sealed away, Yuji Itadori and Megumi Fushiguro enter the Culling Game — a forced battle royale across ten walled colonies orchestrated by Kenjaku — to rescue Megumi's stepsister Tsumiki before the game's lethal rules claim her. Separated upon entry into the Tokyo No. 1 Colony, Yuji and Megumi must each find allies and accumulate points to survive while working toward a way to free Gojo from the Prison Realm.
