俺の脳内選択肢が、学園ラブコメを全力で邪魔している OVA

Kanade Amakusa lives under Absolute Choice, a curse that drops multiple-choice prompts into his head and forces whichever option he picks to come true. In this bundled OVA, Kanade and the girls around him are pulled into a dating sim, and his only way out is to clear a heroine's route. Absolute Choice surfaces inside the game too, shoving him into ridiculous actions that wreck every path. The short story sits alongside the main TV series.
