Synopsis
Mikoto Misaka, the Level 5 esper called the Railgun, starts being plagued by an eerie sensation that the electricity in her own body is running backwards, as if someone is always watching her. This standalone OVA slots into the first season's Academy City run as Mikoto, her roommate Kuroko Shirai, and friends Kazari Uiharu and Ruiko Saten try to pin down who is behind the unsettling 'someone's watching' phenomenon, between lighter detours like a swimsuit-company beach simulator.
