Synopsis
Once every millennium the gods of every pantheon convene to vote on humanity's fate, and this time they decide to wipe the species out. The valkyrie Brunhilde forces a reprieve by invoking Ragnarök: thirteen one-on-one duels pitting humanity's greatest champions against the gods, with the survival of the human race riding on seven wins. Each human fighter bonds with a valkyrie who transforms into a divine weapon for the bout, and the opening match sends the warrior Lü Bu against the thunder god Thor before a packed arena of onlookers.
